Chronic and complex wounds need continuity. Clinical direction sits with a consultant surgeon within the network, case management with a named contact – agreed between practice, nursing service and hospital.

Who provides the care

  • Wound care exclusively by certified wound care nurses
  • Certification to ICW standard (Initiative Chronische Wunden e. V.)
  • Physician-led surgical direction across the network

Proof of qualification is provided on request.
